Housekeeping Control privacy notice in preparation

Purpose and information

Housekeeping Control is designed to organize business contacts, structured property addresses, workers, groups, scheduled services and related payment or collection records. Account information is used to identify authorized users. Financial records represent business activity; they do not automatically charge a bank account or operate a tax payroll.

Photographs

The product excludes GPS and location permission. Its photo workflow is designed to remove unauthorized metadata before application storage or upload, preserve orientation and color, and keep service photos private. Photos are never automatically shared.

• Cloudflare R2 is the planned private photo storage provider. It is not connected yet.
• Photo acquisition, upload and client sharing are not enabled by this notice.
• Worker access is limited to the service day in the business timezone; this does not delete the manager archive.

Configured and pending services

A dedicated Firebase project and web, Android and iOS app registrations have been prepared. Netlify hosts the web entry and canonical corporate routes. Live authentication, server workflows, photo storage, client verification messages and store distribution require their own completed setup and checks.

Retention and requests

Retention periods, account-data removal and operational backups are still being defined before launch. This notice does not promise automatic deletion, a fixed retention period or a completed backup service. Use the corporate contact page to raise a privacy question about Housekeeping Control.
