MiManager · Terms
MiManager terms of use
These terms apply when an authorized person accesses or uses MiManager for a business. Subscription availability and provider acceptance remain separate launch gates.
Accounts and authority
Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and use only businesses and records they are authorized to access. A business owner or manager is responsible for the people they invite and the permissions they grant.
Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds
Paid features are offered only where the applicable provider and MiManager present them as available. Each business may be billed separately. Google Play or RevenueCat may manage Android purchases, while Stripe may manage eligible web purchases. Provider terms also apply.
Cancellation normally stops future renewal and preserves access through the paid period; it does not automatically create a refund. Refund eligibility depends on law, the purchase provider and the circumstances of the transaction. Account or business deletion is separate from subscription cancellation.
Acceptable use and communications
Users may not misuse accounts, evade access controls, upload unlawful or harmful content, interfere with service operation, probe systems without authorization or use communications for abuse or spam. MiManager may restrict content, features or accounts to protect users, address nonpayment, comply with law or maintain security.
Chat participants communicate within authorized business relationships. Reporting, blocking and access revocation do not automatically erase invoices, services, audit evidence or other records that must be retained.
Availability and responsibility
The service may change, introduce limits or experience interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, MiManager is provided as available. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
